The passing of the Digital Asset Issuance Act 2020 means that digital asset issuances in Bermuda now fall under the regulatory remit of the BMA.
From the perspective of the BMA, issuances are covered under the Digital Asset Issuance Act 2020, unless they are conducting this activity as a business.
