The Bermuda Monetary Authority (Authority or BMA) is offering a Service Provider Training (SPT) course designed to enhance participants’ understanding of Bermuda’s AML/ATF regulatory framework.
For the purposes of this course, service providers include lawyers, compliance consultants, and other financial services professionals. The course is also intended for professionals within regulated financial institutions, including Compliance Officers and Money Laundering Reporting Officers.
The course topics are designed to strengthen participants’ knowledge of Bermuda’s AML/ATF legislative framework and the Authority’s expectations regarding the implementation of effective AML/ATF and sanctions compliance programmes.
